Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within:

➡️ 7 Days of Receiving Your Order

Exchanges are allowed in the following conditions:

✔ Product is unused and unwashed

✔ Product is in original condition & packing

✔ Tag/label is not removed

✔ You received the wrong color, size, or item

Items Eligible for Exchange

We accept exchanges for the following:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Wrong color delivered

  • Fabric issue

  • Product damaged during delivery

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be exchanged:

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Items with perfume, stains, or wear marks

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom-stitched or altered clothing (if applicable)

  • Clearance / sale items (optional — tell me if you want this included)

Return / Refund Policy

We currently offer exchange only, not refunds.
Refunds are only provided if:

✔ The product is out of stock

✔ You received a damaged item and decline replacement

✔ Your order cannot be fulfilled by our end

If approved, refunds are processed to your bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 working days.

How to Request an Exchange

Step 1:

Step 2:

Send us your order number and issue details.
Attach photos of the product if possible.

Step 3:

Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, color, size):
    👉 We cover all shipping costs

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (change of mind, color change, size change):
    👉 Customer pays return shipping charges

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—but exchange rules apply

Important Notes

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

  • We reserve the right to decline exchanges if terms are violated

  • All customers are respected—we aim for fair handling of every case
